Delivery T&C

  1. We only deliver Monday to Friday.
  2. No Weekend or Bank Holiday Delivery.
  3. No Xmas Eve, Xmas Day or Boxing Day Delivery.
  4. No New Year Eve or New Year Day Delivery.
  5. Delivery Terms are ESTIMATED.
  6. Parcels may be sent SEPARATELY.
  7. Next Day Delivery For Orders Submitted before 8:30 am Mon-Thurs (UK Mainland Only).
  8. Order after 8:30am will be processed next working day and shipped the next day after processing.
  9. Our Delivery Team will contact you at least 1 hour before your delivery is due.
  10. If you will not be available to collect your parcel, you may arrange a “Safe Drop-Off Point” with our delivery team, in which case you accept responsibility for the safety of your parcel at the point.
  11. Our delivery team will not repeat the attempt to deliver, if you are not available to collect your parcel and did not arrange a “Safe Drop-Off” point.

We have defined different delivery options depending on your location. This options are subject to changes without notice. You will be provided with shipping cost during checkout.

Returns T&C

We take great care to ensure our products will get to you in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the statutory cancellation period. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required. In all cases please speak to our Customer Service and get a return service code before you send an item back to us. The return service code must be clearly written, attached and/or readable on any returned item.

Replacement and Refunds

If you have return an item to us as detailed in our return policy, we will arrange for a full refund. You can choose either a refund or a replacement. We will refund your money either in the same way you paid for the item(s) or send you a cheque. Please allow 5 working days.

Non-Refundable Products Unless Faulty

  • Frozen or perishable goods.
  • Canned, Bottled or Sealed Products that has been opened.
